Haruhiko Yuzu

Yuzu is portrayed as quiet and serious. He does not display the confrontational behavior or elaborate declarations common among many of Blue Lock's more outspoken participants, and the manga gives him little dialogue from which to establish a deeper personality.

His restrained demeanor remains consistent during the Third Selection, where he participates without receiving substantial individual focus. Beyond these visible traits, canon has not established enough material to define his motivations or personal philosophy in detail.

Yuzu enters Blue Lock as a forward and survives the first two selections, demonstrating sufficient overall ability to remain among the project's final 35 participants at that stage.

The series has not identified a specific weapon, named technique or specialized physical attribute for Yuzu. His Second Selection matches are not depicted in enough detail to determine exactly how he contributes to his team's attack without speculation.

His Third Selection appearance similarly provides little individual footballing material. He participates in a five-on-five tryout but is not credited with a goal or assist, leaving his particular strengths largely undefined.

Yuzu first receives a clear introduction when the seven teams that cleared the Second Selection gather together. He belongs to the third clear team alongside Karasu, Otoya, Kenyu Yukimiya and Aiki Himizu.

During the Third Selection, Yuzu chooses Team B, the group centered on Karasu and Otoya. He is selected alongside Reiji Hiiragi and Tetsu Sokura for a tryout match against Team A.

Yuzu later chooses France's Paris X Gen for the Neo Egoist League. He does not receive playing time during the competition and finishes without a professional bid, leaving him outside the players who advance through Blue Lock at the end of the league.

Tabito Karasu and Eita Otoya are recurring teammates for Yuzu. He clears the Second Selection alongside both and subsequently chooses their Team B during the Third Selection.

Kenyu Yukimiya and Aiki Himizu complete the third team that clears the Second Selection with Yuzu.
