Fuku Taichou

The vice-captain is calm, professional, and composed enough to treat a sudden Devil attack as ordinary work. He approaches the battle without visible panic and even discusses social plans during the confrontation.

His confidence appears well earned. Nomo clearly respects him and asks for the vice-captain to be contacted when the threat escalates.

Fuku Taichou has a contract with the Fox Devil. By forming the familiar hand gesture and saying "Kon," he can summon the Fox Devil's head to consume a target.

He also carries a katana, indicating conventional weapon training in addition to his Devil contract.

As a vice-captain, he holds a senior position in Tokyo Division 2 and is trusted to respond directly to dangerous Devil attacks.

The vice-captain enters the battle after Reze attacks Division 2's training facility. Nomo calls for his assistance once it becomes clear that the attacker is beyond the level of ordinary personnel.

He arrives just as Reze is about to finish Nomo and immediately summons the Fox Devil around her.

The Fox Devil spits Reze back out after realizing that she tastes abnormal. Reze then kills both Nomo and the vice-captain and later displays their severed heads to Aki while demanding Denji.

Nomo is Fuku Taichou's subordinate or fellow Division 2 officer and calls for his assistance during Reze's attack.

Fox Devil is the Devil with whom Fuku Taichou holds a contract.

Reze becomes his principal opponent during the Division 2 massacre.

Aki Hayakawa later witnesses the aftermath of Reze's attack when she displays the vice-captain's severed head.
