Female Kakushi

Female Kakushi is dutiful, practical, and easily unsettled by the intimidating Hashira. She carries out orders despite the danger surrounding the Mount Natagumo operation and remains responsible for transporting injured Demon Slayers after the fighting ends.

Her patience is tested by Tanjiro Kamado. After the Hashira meeting, Tanjiro escapes from the Kakushi carrying him and attempts to return to the courtyard, leaving her and Gotou terrified that they will be reprimanded for losing custody of him.

She also demonstrates the polite formality expected from support staff. When she and Gotou arrive at the Butterfly Mansion, she respectfully attempts to explain their instructions to Kanao Tsuyuri despite receiving little verbal response.

Female Kakushi has no demonstrated Breathing Style or combat techniques. Like other members of the Kakushi, her capabilities lie in battlefield support rather than fighting demons directly.

Her work requires enough physical conditioning to rapidly move through dangerous areas, retrieve wounded swordsmen, administer basic aid, and transport patients. Kakushi also handle battlefield cleanup and other tasks that allow active Demon Slayers to concentrate on combat.

The concealing uniform and face covering worn by the brigade help protect members' identities and maintain secrecy around Corps operations.

Female Kakushi appears after the Mount Natagumo battle, where the support brigade enters once the principal threats have been eliminated. She participates in recovering surviving Demon Slayers and accompanies Tanjiro when he is brought before the Hashira.

After Kagaya Ubuyashiki allows Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado to remain under Corps protection, she and Gotou are ordered to carry Tanjiro away for treatment.

Tanjiro briefly escapes their grasp and attempts to confront Sanemi Shinazugawa again, forcing the Kakushi to restrain and transport him a second time. They eventually deliver him to the Butterfly Mansion for rehabilitation.

Gotou works directly alongside Female Kakushi during the aftermath of Mount Natagumo and the transport of Tanjiro.

Tanjiro Kamado is one of the injured Demon Slayers she transports. His refusal to remain quietly under Kakushi supervision causes her considerable frustration.

Kanao Tsuyuri is the Tsuguko whom Female Kakushi encounters upon reaching the Butterfly Mansion.

Aoi Kanzaki eventually receives Tanjiro into the Butterfly Mansion's care after the Kakushi bring him there.

Kagaya Ubuyashiki is the Corps leader whose ruling determines that Tanjiro is to be moved from headquarters to medical care.
