Dr. Mockus

Dr. Mockus is theatrical, confrontational and confident in his inventions. He approaches Roboco as someone familiar with her earlier reputation and deliberately invokes the title she wants Bondo never to hear.

He is persistent even when his machines fail to produce the result he expects. His villainous presentation supplies much of the setup for the joke, since Roboco is usually more worried about the embarrassment of her past being exposed than about the weapons he sends against her.

Dr. Mockus is a scientist and roboticist rather than a superhuman combatant. His principal strength lies in constructing machines designed for battle.

Among his creations is Kanio, a combat robot used to challenge Roboco. Dr. Mockus can deploy upgraded or additional mechanical attackers when his initial efforts fail.

His cybernetic right eye further emphasizes his technological specialization, although the series does not establish a comprehensive set of personal combat functions for the implant.

Dr. Mockus appears when Roboco's mysterious past begins catching up with her. He arrives with Kanio and challenges her, referring to her by the embarrassing title "Ultimate Weapon Roboco."

Roboco initially does not want to fight. More importantly, she does not want Bondo to learn about her dramatic battlefield persona, so Dr. Mockus' knowledge gives him leverage even though his machines are not genuinely stronger than she is.

When Kanio attacks, Roboco considers throwing the fight rather than displaying her true capabilities. Repeated references to her old title eventually anger her enough to abandon that restraint and overwhelm the robot.

Roboco is Dr. Mockus' target and someone whose past he knows. His attempts to challenge her reveal that he is familiar with her former reputation as an ultimate weapon.

Kanio is one of Dr. Mockus' robot creations and the machine he sends into battle against Roboco.

Bondo Taira is the person from whom Roboco most desperately wants to conceal her embarrassing old persona, making his presence especially inconvenient during Dr. Mockus' challenge.
