Kacey is friendly, affectionate toward her pet, and deeply distressed when Kopi disappears.

Her concern is genuine enough that Franky becomes convinced returning the cat could create an opportunity for romance. Kacey herself does not appear to deliberately encourage that interpretation.

She is grateful when Kopi is recovered and behaves warmly toward Franky, but her friendliness should not be confused with romantic interest.

Her limited appearances focus almost entirely on the missing-cat incident rather than establishing broader ambitions or personal history.

Kacey has no supernatural or combat abilities.

She works as a café server and is shown functioning comfortably in an ordinary public-facing job.

Her primary practical responsibility outside work is caring for Kopi, her pet Nortblue cat.

She does not participate directly in the elaborate search Franky organizes and has no idea how much intelligence work, surveillance, and improvised technology he uses to locate the animal.

Kacey becomes the focus of Franky's second major romance plan when her cat Kopi disappears.

Franky gathers information through his contacts, traces sightings of the cat, and constructs gadgets intended to capture him. Yor Forger encounters Franky during the search and decides to help.

Several inventions fail before Yor's physical intervention allows the pair to recover Kopi. Franky returns the cat triumphantly, expecting the rescue to improve his romantic prospects.

He then discovers that Kacey already has a boyfriend. Despite his disappointment, Franky wishes them happiness and leaves, accepting another romantic failure.

Kopi is Kacey's beloved cat, whose disappearance leaves her distraught.

Mark is Kacey's boyfriend. He accidentally causes Kopi's escape after leaving a door open and later promises Kacey matching rings as an apology.

Franky Franklin develops a crush on Kacey and searches extensively for Kopi in hopes of winning her affection.

Yor Forger helps Franky recover Kacey's cat.
