Butler Hakushaku

Butler is arrogant, greedy, theatrical, and cruel toward animals. He presents himself as a brilliant zoologist but treats wildlife primarily as material to exploit.

He is obsessed with obtaining the Crowning Treasure and considers the harm inflicted on Crown Island irrelevant beside his ambitions.

Butler is knowledgeable about animals and uses specialized equipment while hunting Crown Island's wildlife.

After obtaining and consuming the Crowning Treasure, he undergoes a dramatic transformation that greatly increases his physical power, allowing him to confront Luffy directly.

Butler travels to Crown Island in search of the legendary horns associated with the island's Animal King.

His poaching operation places him against Chopper, Mobambi and the Straw Hats as the animals struggle to protect their home.

Hotdog and Heaby are Butler's principal subordinates.

Mobambi opposes his exploitation of Crown Island, while Tony Tony Chopper becomes one of the island's principal defenders. Monkey D. Luffy ultimately confronts Butler directly.
