Baron Omatsuri

Omatsuri initially presents himself as eccentric, welcoming and theatrical, enthusiastically inviting pirates to prove themselves in his resort's competitions. The friendliness is largely a facade.

He is bitter, manipulative and deeply resentful of pirate crews whose friendships remind him of what he has lost. He deliberately creates situations designed to turn companions against one another.

Omatsuri fights with a bow capable of firing large numbers of unusual arrows, including explosive projectiles and arrows that pursue their targets.

Much of his more extraordinary power is connected to Lily Carnation rather than his own physical strength.

Omatsuri invites the Straw Hats to his island and subjects them to a sequence of increasingly hostile competitions.

His original Red Arrows Pirates were lost in a storm. Lily Carnation recreates his former companions as plant-based copies sustained by sacrificing other people, leading Omatsuri to lure pirate crews to the island as food for the creature.

Lily Carnation enables Omatsuri to maintain replicas of his former crew and becomes the foundation of his resort.

Muchigoro and DJ Gappa are among the recreated Red Arrows Pirates. Monkey D. Luffy becomes Omatsuri's principal opponent.
