Armored Gorilla

Armored Gorilla initially presents himself as a stern, intimidating enforcer. He speaks formally and tries to maintain the image of an emotionless cyborg even after Genos begins dismantling his mechanical body.

That composure disappears when he realizes how badly outmatched the House of Evolution is. After boasting that Juu Ou is stronger than him, he immediately changes his attitude when Saitama appears with evidence that Beast King has already been defeated. He becomes cooperative and offers information in exchange for being spared.

His later appearances reveal a much calmer personality. After the House of Evolution collapses, Armored Gorilla abandons its violent mission and works alongside Dr. Genus at his takoyaki business.

Armored Gorilla is a Demon-level threat and the only battle cyborg created by the House of Evolution. His cybernetic body gives him immense strength, substantial durability, and resistance to extreme heat. His heavy armor survives direct attacks from Genos's Incineration Cannon.

His mechanical limbs can continue functioning independently of ordinary biological pain responses, allowing him to remain conscious and conversational even after Genos tears off multiple parts of his body. A hidden transmitter inside his head also allows remote communication with the House of Evolution.

Later, Armored Gorilla demonstrates that he remains far above ordinary Tiger-level monsters by defeating Marshall Gorilla with a single punch after the monster's knife breaks against his face.

Armored Gorilla accompanies Beast King, Ground Dragon, Kamakyuri, Frog Man, and Slugerous when Dr. Genus sends the House of Evolution to capture Saitama.

While Beast King and Ground Dragon attack Saitama, Armored Gorilla intercepts Genos. The two cyborgs fight separately, with Genos gradually destroying Armored Gorilla's armor and mechanical limbs.

After his defeat, Armored Gorilla explains Dr. Genus's history and the purpose of the House of Evolution. He secretly warns Genus that Saitama and Genos are coming before the heroes travel directly to the organization's laboratory.

Following the House of Evolution's destruction, Armored Gorilla stays with Genus and helps run the House of Takoyaki. His later defeat of Marshall Gorilla also indirectly leads Zombieman toward Genus while investigating the origins of artificial monsters.

Genus Hakase created Armored Gorilla and originally used him as one of the House of Evolution's primary combat specimens. Armored Gorilla later remains with Genus after the organization is abandoned.

Genos is Armored Gorilla's principal opponent during the House of Evolution strike team's attack and defeats him by dismantling his cybernetic body.

Saitama terrifies Armored Gorilla after effortlessly defeating the stronger Beast King, prompting him to cooperate rather than continue resisting.

Juu Ou is Armored Gorilla's stronger fellow specimen and the leader of the strike force sent after Saitama.

Ground Dragon, Kamakyuri, Frog Man, and Slugerous are his fellow House of Evolution mutants.

Marshall Gorilla later mistakes Armored Gorilla for an enemy and is knocked unconscious by him with one punch.
