Anka Rheinberger

Anka is professional, attentive and comfortable speaking frankly to her superior. She frequently reacts to Pixis's drinking and eccentric behavior with exasperation rather than the deference most soldiers display toward senior commanders.

That familiarity never undermines her loyalty. During emergencies, Anka remains focused on transmitting information and carrying out Pixis's decisions.

Her position also requires political composure. She participates in meetings involving the highest-ranking officers and government officials without being intimidated by their authority.

Anka is a trained Garrison soldier whose primary responsibilities are staff and command support.

She relays battlefield information, accompanies Pixis during strategic meetings and assists in coordinating military responses.

No distinctive Titan-combat record or specialized fighting technique is established for her.

Anka appears alongside Pixis and Gustav during the Battle of Trost and supports the command structure responsible for the operation to seal the breached gate.

She continues accompanying Pixis during later crises, including the suspected breach of Wall Rose and the political conflict surrounding Erwin Smith.

During Erwin's trial, Anka deliberately delivers the false report that Wall Rose has been breached. The ruling nobles immediately order the gates to Wall Sheena closed to refugees, providing the military with evidence that the government values its own security over humanity's survival.

Anka continues serving the Garrison into the later conflict surrounding the Yeagerists and Marley's invasion of Paradis.

Dot Pixis is Anka's commander and the person with whom she is most closely associated.

Gustav is her fellow aide and frequent partner during command duties.

Erwin Smith benefits from the staged emergency report Anka delivers during his trial.
