Alexander the Great

Alexander is ambitious, proud, and intensely driven by the pursuit of power. His military success convinces him that obtaining the pyramid's ultimate power will allow him to extend his authority even further.

His ambition gradually overwhelms the loyalty he once shared with his followers. Even when his vassals warn him against continuing his quest, Alexander refuses to abandon it.

The Millennium Ring contributes to a division within Alexander's personality, separating the honorable qualities still present within him from an increasingly cruel and power-hungry side. The resulting split becomes central to the final conflict within the pyramid.

Alexander is an experienced Capsule Monsters player who completed the five trials hidden within the game world. His monsters include Seven-Armed Fiend, a versatile creature capable of employing several weapons and attacks.

Reshef the Dark Being serves as the most formidable monster associated with Alexander. Its immense strength makes it the centerpiece of his forces during the final Capsule Monsters battle.

Alexander also possessed the Millennium Ring during his lifetime. Its corrupting influence contributes to the division of his spirit into good and evil halves, leaving one portion within the Capsule Monsters world while the darker persona remains connected to the pyramid.

Alexander's history is gradually revealed after Yugi and his companions complete the trials of the Capsule Monsters world. Long before their arrival, Alexander conquered vast territories and acquired the Millennium Ring, eventually learning about an ultimate power that could allow its possessor to rule the world.

Shadi directs Alexander toward a series of trials intended to determine whether he is worthy of that power. Alexander enters the Capsule Monsters world with four vassals and succeeds in completing the tests, but the ultimate power remains beyond his reach.

Alexander's increasingly ruthless pursuit of that power causes his spirit to split into two halves. His benevolent half remains within the Capsule Monsters world, while Yami Alexander is sealed within the pyramid.

The benevolent Alexander later guides Yugi and his companions through their own journey and helps Solomon after the loss of his original Capsule Monster. The darker Alexander instead attempts to use Yugi's success to obtain the power that had been denied to him. After the evil half is defeated, Alexander's divided existence finally comes to an end.

Shadi encounters Alexander in ancient times and administers the trials connected to the pyramid's ultimate power. Shadi recognizes that Alexander must prove himself worthy before being allowed to obtain it.

Yugi Muto follows the same Capsule Monsters trials Alexander once attempted. The benevolent side of Alexander guides Yugi Muto, while Alexander's darker half ultimately becomes his enemy.

Solomon Muto encounters Alexander's benevolent spirit within the Capsule Monsters world. Alexander gives Solomon Muto Curse of Dragon after his previous monster is lost.
