Acrobatic Sarasara

Acrobatic Silky is obsessive, possessive, emotionally unstable, and intensely maternal. Her fixation on Aira becomes so complete that rejection is interpreted not merely as dislike but as the rejection of a parent by her own child.

She takes pride in her acrobatics and moves with theatrical confidence even while attacking. Her red dress, wide-brimmed hat, extreme height, and flowing hair reinforce the deliberate performance-like quality of her movements.

Behind the hostility is an enormous capacity for love distorted by grief. Once confronted with the consequences of her actions, Acrobatic Silky demonstrates willingness to sacrifice herself rather than allow Aira to suffer.

Acrobatic Silky possesses exceptional speed, flexibility, leg strength, reflexes, and balance. Her acrobatic movement is fast enough to evade attacks from Okarun while he is drawing upon Turbo Granny's speed.

Her principal supernatural weapon is her hair. She can extend it across enormous distances, wrap it around targets, anchor herself to structures, manipulate objects, and use the surrounding environment as part of her attacks.

The hair is highly versatile but vulnerable to fire. Burning or perming sections of it causes the strands to become tangled, reducing her mobility and making her easier to trap.

Acrobatic Silky can swallow human beings whole, storing victims within her body. Her spiritual energy is also powerful enough to be transferred to another person under extraordinary circumstances.

Acrobatic Silky enters the story after Aira gains the ability to perceive spirits. The yokai recognizes her and becomes convinced that Aira is the child she has been seeking.

Momo and Okarun attempt to rescue Aira, but Acrobatic Silky repeatedly overwhelms them with her speed and hair manipulation. Her emotional instability makes the battle unpredictable because she alternates between aggression and desperate pleas for Aira's affection.

After Aira suffers fatal spiritual damage, Acrobatic Silky gives up her own aura to restore her. The transfer allows Aira to survive and leaves her permanently capable of accessing Acrobatic Silky's powers.

The yokai's human past reveals that she was a deeply indebted single mother working several jobs to care for her daughter. Criminal creditors abducted the girl, and the mother's grief ultimately transformed her into the wandering spirit later known as Acrobatic Silky.

Aira Shiratori becomes the focus of Acrobatic Silky's maternal obsession after a childhood encounter. Aira later inherits her spiritual power after Acrobatic Silky sacrifices her aura to save her.

Acrobatic Silky's Daughter was her biological child during her human life and the person whose abduction drove the grief underlying her yokai existence.

Momo Ayase fights Acrobatic Silky while attempting to rescue Aira.

Ken Takakura helps defeat Acrobatic Silky by exploiting her tangled hair and striking her with Turbo Granny's speed.

Turbo Granny recognizes the maternal desperation driving Acrobatic Silky and attempts to communicate with her during the confrontation.
