Synopsis
The renewed Holy War reaches its decisive stage as the Seven Deadly Sins divide their efforts between battling the highest-ranking demons and rescuing Meliodas from Purgatory. Ban searches the hostile realm for his captain, while Elizabeth Liones and the remaining Sins confront forces attempting to make Meliodas the Demon King’s successor.
The concluding season adapts the final major storylines of Nakaba Suzuki’s original manga, resolving the Demon King conflict before turning to the destabilizing power of Chaos and the future of Britannia. It concludes the television series while establishing characters and concepts later continued in The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse.
