Synopsis
On Halloween night, a barrier traps civilians inside Shibuya as cursed spirits and curse users attempt to neutralize Satoru Gojo. Yuji Itadori, his classmates and numerous jujutsu sorcerers enter the sealed district, producing a succession of battles whose consequences transform both the city and the wider structure of jujutsu society.
The film condenses the Shibuya Incident portion of the television anime’s second season before presenting the first two episodes of The Culling Game, Part 1 ahead of their television broadcast. Its new material follows the immediate aftermath of Shibuya, when special-grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu receives orders concerning Yuji and the Zenin clan faces an internal succession dispute.
