Tokuyuki Matsutake

He is known for his sense of timing, which gives his animation often a stop-motion like feeling. He studied as an animator under Atsuko Nakajima, under whom he often worked on productions like Ranma ½ or You're Under Arrest. He does also team up often with animator Hirofumi Suzuki, who has influenced Matsutake's animation.

Aside of working on anime he has also worked on several games, mostly the Tales of series, where he served as animation supervisor on the animated sequences in most of the series' games.

Also close friends with Atsushi Wakabayashi, Norio Matsumoto and Kou Yoshinari.
