Xiao

Xiao is devoted to her family and willing to put herself at considerable risk to help them. She searches for IQ despite the dangerous animals outside the village because her grandmother needs it.

She is also easily startled and can faint when surprised, including after discovering that Chopper can speak.

Xiao has feathers around her elbows that enable her to fly or glide through the air.

She is not a trained combatant and depends on the Straw Hats when confronted by the island's dangerous mutated animals.

Xiao's search for IQ brings her into contact with Zoro and Chopper, who rescue her and return her to the village. Through Xiao and her family, the Straw Hats learn more about the people living under Shiki's control and the ecological dangers surrounding them.

Later, Xiao helps the Straw Hats by passing along the Tone Dial left by Nami, providing information important to their confrontation with Shiki.

Ever is Xiao's older sister. Xiao also lives with her unnamed mother and grandmother, whose illness motivates her search for IQ.

Roronoa Zoro and Tony Tony Chopper rescue Xiao from wild animals. Nami later leaves information that Xiao helps pass to the Straw Hats.
