Lu's circumstances interest him because her family's assets represent an opportunity for the Danshokai. He is willing to have the remaining heir hunted rather than risk losing access to the fortune.

His leadership is indirect. Wang relies on subordinates and professional killers to perform the dangerous work while he remains removed from the immediate fighting.

He nevertheless expects results and escalates the quality of the assassins assigned to Lu once ordinary Danshokai personnel prove unable to capture her.

Wang is not shown demonstrating a distinctive personal fighting style or confirmed superhuman combat ability.

His power comes primarily from his leadership of the Danshokai. As chairman, he can mobilize armed personnel, employ professional assassins, and direct criminal operations.
