Victory

Victory is more easygoing and expressive than Justice. He jokes about Justice's obsession with Elsie Crimson, although his commander is often too serious to appreciate the humor.

His attitude toward criminals can be unsympathetic; he initially sees little reason to mourn people caught in Guilst's destruction if they were criminals. At the same time, he shows genuine concern for civilians and checks whether bystanders have been hurt during combat.

Victory takes obvious pride in defeating opponents decisively and enjoys displaying his physical power.

Titan's Arm is an Ether Gear that allows Victory to enlarge his body to gigantic proportions. The transformation dramatically increases his physical power while still allowing him to move with surprising agility.

In giant form, Victory can defeat multiple powerful opponents with a single strike. During the Foresta operation, his strength is sufficient to overwhelm members of Beast Squad 1 at once.

He can freely return to his normal size after using the transformation.

Victory is introduced as part of Justice's Interstellar Union Army team and accompanies his commander during operations connected to Elsie and other high-level threats.

On Foresta, Victory and Creed participate directly in the government's intervention. Victory uses Titan's Arm against Nero Empire forces before encountering members of Elsie's pirate crew.

In Universe 0, Victory's position changes significantly when he becomes one of the Oración Seis Interstellar rather than merely serving on Justice's team.

Justice is Victory's commander through much of the story. Victory is considerably more relaxed than his superior and occasionally jokes about Justice's feelings toward Elsie.

Creed is Victory's regular partner within Justice's team.

Elsie Crimson is a major target of the unit in which Victory serves.

Gowen and Hyoga clash with Victory and Creed during the confrontation between the Interstellar Union Army and Elsie's pirates on Foresta.
