Untenmaru Kurumada

Untenmaru is blunt, loud, opinionated, and remarkably difficult to intimidate. His professional relationship with Endeavor is established enough that he freely criticizes his employer's decisions rather than maintaining the deferential manner expected from an ordinary hired driver.

That temperament becomes immediately apparent around Katsuki Bakugou. When Katsuki insults the size of Endeavor's vehicle, Untenmaru angrily calls him an ungrateful passenger and actually manages to silence the normally combative student.

His gruff behavior is accompanied by genuine concern for Endeavor. After seeing his employer targeted repeatedly, Untenmaru warns him that the threats surrounding him seem unending and tells him to remain careful.

Untenmaru has no established Quirk or combat ability.

His primary skill is professional driving. Unlike an ordinary chauffeur, he specializes in transporting Pro Heroes and has an exclusive contract with Endeavor, meaning his work regularly places him near dangerous incidents and rapidly developing hero operations.

He demonstrates quick reactions when Ending suddenly appears in the vehicle's path, immediately swerving to avoid the villain while attempting to keep the passengers safely inside the car.

Untenmaru appears during the Endeavor Agency period after Endeavor, Katsuki, Izuku Midoriya, and Shoto Todoroki leave the Todoroki family home.

The drive is interrupted when Ending launches an attack centered on Endeavor's family. Untenmaru's vehicle becomes part of the battlefield as the villain attempts to force Endeavor into a situation where saving everyone simultaneously appears impossible.

Although the students and Endeavor handle the actual combat, Untenmaru remains responsible for controlling the vehicle amid the sudden danger.

Years later, Untenmaru remains loyal to Endeavor after the Final War and continues serving as his driver despite the dramatic changes surrounding Endeavor's career and family.

Endeavor is Untenmaru's longtime employer. Their exclusive professional relationship is old enough that Untenmaru comfortably speaks to him with unusual bluntness.

Katsuki Bakugou irritates Untenmaru by insulting Endeavor's car and receives an immediate verbal reprimand.

Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki travel in Untenmaru's vehicle alongside Endeavor and Katsuki during the Endeavor Agency period.

Ending attacks while Untenmaru is transporting Endeavor and the students, forcing the chauffeur to react to a villain appearing directly in the vehicle's path.
