Toninjinka

Toninjinka is arrogant, theatrical, and accustomed to ruling through fear. His gang's reputation is so strong that villagers immediately panic when Bulma unknowingly appears wearing rabbit ears associated with his organization.

He prefers intimidation to conventional fighting. Toninjinka knows that physical contact alone can incapacitate an opponent and deliberately tries to lure people into touching him, including by offering a seemingly harmless handshake. Once he has a transformed victim as leverage, he is perfectly willing to threaten them to control stronger opponents.

Toninjinka's defining ability is Carrotification. Any living target he touches with his hands can be transformed into a carrot, bypassing the need for him to overpower the victim physically. He can reverse the transformation by clapping his hands twice and saying "Okay."

The technique makes close combat with him unusually dangerous even for someone substantially stronger. Toninjinka otherwise depends on his henchmen and does not demonstrate martial-arts ability comparable to Goku or Yamcha.

Toninjinka appears after Goku, Bulma, and Oolong reach a village controlled by the Rabbit Mob. When Bulma strikes his hand, he immediately transforms her into a carrot and uses her as a hostage to prevent Goku from attacking.

Puar uses transformation to become a bird and retrieve carrot-Bulma while Yamcha intervenes against the Rabbit Mob. Goku then defeats Toninjinka and forces him to restore Bulma. Goku ultimately uses the Power Pole to transport Toninjinka and his two henchmen to the Moon, where they are left making mochi in a reference to the Japanese moon-rabbit tradition.

The two Rabbit Mob Members are Toninjinka's loyal henchmen and enforce his control over the desert settlement.

Bulma becomes Toninjinka's hostage after he transforms her into a carrot. Goku defeats him once Puar removes that leverage, while Yamcha helps overpower his subordinates.
