Tomie Takami

Tomie is emotionally damaged, passive, fearful, and initially unable to provide Keigo with the stable parental support he needs.

She remains attached to her husband despite his criminality and abuse, repeatedly asking him not to leave even while he treats both her and their son cruelly.

Her passivity extends to Keigo's mistreatment. Tomie does not protect him when his father becomes violent and can herself make cruel remarks when fear and desperation overwhelm her.

After circumstances separate the family from her husband, Tomie remains dependent and uncertain rather than suddenly becoming capable of supporting herself. Keigo is effectively forced into the position of solving problems that should have been handled by an adult.

Her later behavior suggests genuine pride in the person her son becomes, even if she never fully repairs the harm done during his childhood.

Tomie's unnamed Quirk gives her two additional eyeballs that float independently around her head and body.

The extra eyes can observe areas from separate angles, giving her a broader field of vision than an ordinary person.
