Tatsuyuki initially behaves as a cheerful and encouraging professional. He congratulates newly licensed U.A. students enthusiastically, physically embraces them, and offers assistance cleaning up after their battle.

That friendliness is paired with a strong awareness of hierarchy. Tatsuyuki expects people beneath him to observe proper etiquette and becomes irritated when he believes someone has failed to acknowledge his authority.

His public hero persona also functions as a façade for his membership in the Meta Liberation Army. His real ideological loyalty lies with the liberation movement rather than the conventional hero system he publicly represents.

Tatsuyuki's unnamed Quirk allows him to slide smoothly across surfaces with greatly reduced resistance. This provides rapid ground movement without requiring a conventional running motion.

The series shows only limited direct combat from him, so the full offensive limits of his Quirk are not established.
