President Goha

President Goha is deliberately mysterious during his early appearances. Rather than delivering lengthy orders himself, he remains distant from the company's day-to-day enforcement and often communicates through his reactions and laughter.

Curiously, the unauthorized creation of Rush Duels appears to amuse him rather than immediately anger him. This contrasts with the rigid bureaucracy beneath him, whose personnel treat modifications to Goha's Duel system as a serious violation.

The demands of presiding over the corporation nevertheless weigh heavily on him. Goha's presidency is portrayed as an office with immense authority but also substantial pressure, particularly as Rush Duels begin disrupting systems the company had previously controlled.

President Goha is not established as an active duelist and has no known Deck or signature monster. His influence instead comes from his position at the top of Goha Corporation.

Goha Corporation controls the city's official Dueling infrastructure, including the Duel network and penalties imposed on people who violate its rules. This gives its president considerable institutional power even without participating personally in Duels.

He is assisted by advanced Goha technology and corporate drones, allowing the organization to enforce regulations throughout the city.

President Goha is introduced shortly after Yuga Ohdo installs Rush Duel rules into Goha's network. His position establishes the corporation as the central authority whose regulated form of Dueling Yuga has disrupted.

As Rush Duels spread, various branches and employees of Goha Corporation attempt to control or eliminate the new format. Nail Saionji, the corporation's gifted Duel overseer, becomes one of the most formidable people tasked with addressing the problem.

The pressure surrounding the presidency eventually overwhelms President Goha, and President Drone removes him from the position. The office subsequently passes through other occupants as Goha Corporation struggles with the rapidly changing situation surrounding Rush Duels.

Yuga Ohdo indirectly challenges President Goha's authority by introducing Rush Duels into the network controlled by his corporation.

Nail Saionji works within Goha Corporation as its Duel overseer and is tasked with dealing with the Rush Duel system created by Yuga Ohdo.

Mimi Imimi is one of the Goha executives operating beneath President Goha. Mimi Imimi later succeeds him as president after President Drone removes him from office.
