Naomi is almost constantly drunk and openly dislikes being sober. Despite this, she normally remains composed enough to function as the Treasure Pirates' specialist marksman.
She is fiercely loyal to Mad Treasure. Unlike her captain, who places treasure above virtually everything else, Naomi values Treasure's life more than acquiring wealth.

Naomi is an expert archer whose accuracy remains impressive even while intoxicated. Fear or panic, however, can severely disrupt her aim.
Some of her arrows carry encapsulated Dyna Stones, giving individual shots enough destructive power to devastate large targets.
