Mr. Little Lake

Mr. Little Lake is aggressive and willing to settle disputes through combat. He operates closely with Savage Pan and Green Garam, with the three approaching confrontations as a group rather than independent shamans.

The story gives him little individual characterization beyond his participation in these conflicts, so no broader personal motivations or history are established.

Mr. Little Lake is a qualified shaman and therefore possesses the spiritual perception and Furyoku required to participate in the Shaman Fight.

His individual abilities receive little development. His primary combat importance comes from being one of the shamans Lyserg faces during the journey across America, where Lyserg's dowsing and pendulum-based attacks prove superior.

Mr. Little Lake appears during the American stage of the Shaman Fight alongside Savage Pan and Green Garam. The trio encounters Lyserg while the contestants are searching for Patch Village.

Lyserg defeats all three, an encounter observed by members of the Lily Five in the 2001 anime continuity. Milly subsequently warns Lyserg when the defeated shamans seek another confrontation.

Mr. Little Lake's narrative function is consequently tied to Lyserg's introduction: the ease with which the young dowser handles multiple opponents helps establish his strength before he becomes deeply involved with Yoh's group.
