Lazenby

Lazenby sees himself as a champion of justice. He is boastful, dramatic and intensely committed to heroic behavior, presenting himself much like the costumed heroes he resembles. His greatest flaw is not maliciousness but gullibility: once convinced that a particular side represents justice, he can pursue its enemies without adequately questioning what he has been told.

That moral certainty also gives Lazenby the capacity to change. Evidence that he has been serving people responsible for genuine suffering affects him deeply, because their actions violate the ideals he thought he was defending.

Lazenby is an enormous and physically powerful combatant. His apparent second pair of arms consists of prosthetic limbs, allowing him to fight with a distinctive four-armed style and deliver combinations that ordinary fighters cannot easily reproduce.

He also uses Fire Bond, a form of magic that produces the white flames responsible for his White Flame Hero title. His fighting repertoire combines these flames with powerful punches and exaggerated named attacks, making his theatrical appearance deceptive: despite the comedy surrounding him, Lazenby is a genuinely capable fighter.

Lazenby originally serves among the Imperial Guardians and is associated with Deep Snow. His distorted understanding of the conflict leads him to regard the Rave Master as an enemy rather than recognizing the crimes being committed around him.

After being defeated by Shuda and subsequently confronting the consequences of the side he has supported, Lazenby realizes that his concept of justice has been manipulated. He later aids Haru's side and participates in the conflict with the Blue Guardians, including fighting beside Julius Rayfield.

Deep Snow is Lazenby's superior during his service with the Imperial Guardians, and Lazenby's loyalty to that organization contributes to his initial misunderstanding of Haru's cause.

Shuda decisively defeats Lazenby, an encounter that helps dismantle his certainty about the forces he has been serving.

Haru Glory becomes an ally once Lazenby understands that the Rave Master is not the evil figure he had imagined. Haru's actions provide Lazenby with a clearer example of the justice he had been trying, however misguidedly, to uphold.

Julius Rayfield fights alongside Lazenby during the struggle against the Blue Guardians, while Elie and the wider Rave Warriors become part of the group he assists after abandoning his former allegiance.
