Mikagami receives little individual characterization outside his position in the Shadow Force.

He is willing to participate in Kiriya's violent confrontation with Tatsumi Oga and the Saint Ishiyama students, demonstrating loyalty to the group and confidence in his abilities.

His appearance is deliberately conspicuous, combining numerous piercings and rings with casual clothing.

Mikagami is one of Teimo Tech's Shadow Force fighters and is consequently stronger than an ordinary school delinquent.

The series does not establish a named martial art, supernatural ability or signature technique for him.
