Keisuke Wanima

Keisuke is mocking, arrogant and more verbally expressive than his brother. He regularly interprets Junichi's expressions aloud, apparently understanding what his twin wants to communicate from a glance alone.

He shares Junichi's tendency to look down on opponents and is willing to exploit emotional vulnerabilities when doing so provides an advantage. This is most visible in their treatment of Chigiri, whose injury history they know from their time playing together before Blue Lock.

Keisuke also appears comfortable following his older brother's lead. Their partnership is built around mutual familiarity rather than two independent personalities negotiating how to cooperate.

Keisuke's primary weapon is his synchronization with Junichi through eye contact. The brothers can exchange information without speaking, enabling them to coordinate runs and passes while providing opponents with very few obvious cues.

Their long experience together allows each twin to anticipate what the other will do. Rather than pausing to identify a teammate's intention, Keisuke can begin the next movement almost immediately.

His individual abilities are less extensively explored because Team W's football is deliberately presented through the twins as a unit. The series establishes him as a capable forward but gives their combination substantially more attention than any separate signature technique.

Keisuke appears as one of Team W's central players during the First Selection. Alongside Junichi, he becomes especially important when Team W faces Team Z because both brothers previously played with Chigiri.

Team W enters the match with a major informational advantage after Kuon secretly reveals Team Z's weapons and tactics. The twins exploit that knowledge while repeatedly provoking Chigiri about the knee injury that caused him to stop trusting his speed.

Chigiri eventually rejects that fear and breaks through Team W with his sprinting, overturning the twins' attempt to neutralize him. Team W subsequently fails to advance from the First Selection, and unlike Junichi, Keisuke does not qualify individually as the team's leading scorer.

Junichi Wanima is Keisuke's older twin brother and closest partner. Keisuke understands Junichi's expressions without verbal explanation and routinely speaks on his behalf, while their synchronized football forms Team W's central weapon.

Hyoma Chigiri played with the twins before Blue Lock. Keisuke and Junichi exploit their knowledge of Chigiri's ACL injury and deliberately provoke his fear of another injury, but their pressure ultimately contributes to Chigiri reclaiming the speed he had suppressed.

Wataru Kuon provides the Wanima twins with information about Team Z before their First Selection match as part of his secret deal with Team W.
