Hischer Ongg

Hischer receives less individual characterization than several of Vanica's other Dark Disciples. He shares their confidence in devil-enhanced power and attacks the Heart Kingdom without hesitation.

His character profile identifies cooking as a recent favorite interest, an unexpectedly domestic detail for a combatant whose main appearance consists almost entirely of battle.

Hischer uses Nail Magic, allowing him to manipulate his fingernails. He can extend and harden them at will until they function like long, sharpened blades.

Devil reinforcement makes the nails substantially longer and more durable than ordinary manifestations would permit.

As one of Vanica's Dark Disciples, Hischer possesses Stage Zero magical power. Her curse also allows him to recover from severe injuries while its conditions remain active.

Hischer enters the Heart Kingdom with Vanica and the other Dark Disciples before separating to attack a designated region.

He encounters Spirit Guardian Sarado and defeats her, demonstrating that Vanica's empowered followers can individually overcome the Stage Zero mages responsible for defending the kingdom.

Gadjah rushes to the battlefield after learning that the other Spirit Guardians have fallen and defeats Hischer with a powerful Lightning Magic attack.

Vanica's curse immediately restores Hischer despite that defeat. When Vanica later withdraws, she detonates the devil power inside him, creating a massive explosion that Gadjah is forced to survive.

Vanica Zogratis commands Hischer and grants him devil power and regenerative curse effects.

Sarado is the Spirit Guardian Hischer defeats during the Heart Kingdom invasion.

Gadjah responds to Sarado's defeat and overwhelms Hischer with Lightning Magic.
