Halbet Chevour

Halbet is vain, arrogant, and obsessively concerned with maintaining her appearance. She regularly injects nutrients to preserve the condition of her hair and skin and considers ordinary eating an inefficient way to maintain beauty.

Her vanity extends directly into battle. Halbet believes her reinforced hair is both beautiful and invincible and mocks opponents whose habits or appearance fail to match her personal standards.

This makes Charmy Pappitson an especially irritating opponent because Charmy's celebration of food contradicts nearly everything Halbet believes about beauty.

Halbet uses Hair Magic, allowing her to lengthen and manipulate her own hair. Devil reinforcement makes the strands extremely durable, flexible, and capable of continuous growth.

She shapes hair into spears capable of piercing opponents and large cocoons that restrain and crush targets. The hair can defend her body while simultaneously attacking from several directions.

As a Dark Disciple, Halbet possesses Stage Zero magical power. Vanica's curse also restores her from otherwise incapacitating injuries.

Halbet invades the Heart Kingdom with Vanica's Dark Disciples and defeats Spirit Guardian Potrof before setting part of Polnfrume Forest ablaze.

Charmy arrives and becomes furious over the destruction of the forest that produces much of the Heart Kingdom's food. Halbet initially dominates their battle, cutting through Cotton Magic and trapping Charmy inside a tightening cocoon of hair.

Charmy's Food Magic then emerges. Her wolf consumes Halbet's hair, converting its magical power into nourishment, while Mana Method traps Halbet inside a magical cooking area. Charmy absorbs the stolen power and overwhelms her with reinforced punches.

Vanica's curse restores Halbet's injuries and hair. When Vanica later withdraws, she detonates the devil power inside Halbet along with the other Dark Disciples.

Vanica Zogratis commands Halbet and provides her with devil reinforcement and restorative curse power.

Charmy Pappitson becomes Halbet's principal opponent, with Food Magic serving as a direct counter to her continuously regenerating Hair Magic.

Potrof is the Spirit Guardian Halbet defeats before Charmy arrives.
