Gyeong-Tae Park

Gyeong-Tae is aggressive and accustomed to intimidating people weaker than himself. His role within the criminal organization depends on coercion rather than negotiation.

He underestimates Ju-Heon because he judges him according to the younger man's previous behavior. The regression leaves Ju-Heon mentally equipped with years of combat and survival experience, making that assumption dangerously outdated.

Gyeong-Tae's characterization is concentrated in the opening story, where he represents one of the ordinary human threats Ju-Heon faced before supernatural opponents became commonplace.

Gyeong-Tae is an ordinary human and has no established supernatural Relic ability during his early confrontation with Ju-Heon.

His practical advantages come from criminal associates and intimidation. Against the original young Ju-Heon, these are sufficient to maintain control over their arrangement.

They are much less effective against the regressed Ju-Heon, who remembers fifteen years of self-defense and combat experience even though his younger body still requires physical conditioning.

Gyeong-Tae is connected to the criminal operation that unknowingly gives Ju-Heon one of his earliest opportunities after regression. Ju-Heon discovers that objects associated with the group's work contain a large quantity of illegal drugs.

Rather than continue being manipulated as he was in the original timeline, Ju-Heon uses his foreknowledge and understanding of the operation against the criminals.

Ju-Heon reports the hidden drugs to the authorities and receives reward money, converting one of the exploitative circumstances of his original life into capital for securing early Relics.

Ju-Heon Seo is initially treated by Gyeong-Tae as someone the criminal group can exploit. Regression reverses their power dynamic, allowing Ju-Heon to turn the drug operation against the people who used him.

Gyeong-Ju Park leads the criminal group with which Gyeong-Tae is associated.

Seung-U O is another person connected to the same early criminal environment.
