Gio

Gio is confident in his strength and takes his responsibilities as a priest seriously. When confronted by opponents, he is willing to challenge several of them at once rather than seek an easier fight.

He also shows patience with his father's eccentric behavior. During the Temple Battle Royale, Gio apologizes for Gifso's elaborate game rather than objecting to participating in it.

When the Eye of the Midnight Sun invades, Gio immediately treats the intruders as a genuine threat to his home. Even after taking a powerful attack, he rises again and attempts to confront the invaders rather than withdrawing.

Gio uses Water Magic and possesses exceptionally large mana reserves. Luck Voltia describes the depth of his magical power in terms comparable to the ocean, and Gio is regarded as the strongest priest of the Seabed Temple.

His principal demonstrated spell is Sea God's Hammer, a Creation Magic technique that forms an enormous hammer and arm from water. The weapon concentrates Gio's mana into a powerful physical strike.

Like other members of Gifso's family, Gio possesses strong mana-sensing ability. His endurance is also considerable, allowing him to continue fighting after suffering a heavy magical impact.

Gio participates in Gifso's Temple Battle Royale when the Black Bulls arrive seeking the Seabed Temple's magic stone. He is paired against Luck and Magna Swing, both of whom immediately recognize the magnitude of his mana.

Their planned contest is interrupted when Vetto crashes into the battlefield. Gio survives the initial attack and quickly realizes that the newcomer has broken through the powerful currents surrounding the temple.

After learning that the Eye of the Midnight Sun intends to take the magic stone, Gio attacks Vetto with Sea God's Hammer. Vetto's Beast Magic overwhelms him before he can stop the invasion.

Gio later joins the temple's residents in seeing the Black Bulls off after the crisis, openly expressing his gratitude toward the Magic Knights who protected his home.

Gifso is Gio's father and the High Priest of the Seabed Temple. Gio tolerates his father's eccentric games and even apologizes for them to visiting opponents.

Kiato is Gio's son and one of the temple's younger priests.

Kahono is Gio's daughter and a priestess whose ambitions extend beyond life in the Seabed Temple.

Luck Voltia and Magna Swing are assigned to face Gio during the Temple Battle Royale, although their match is interrupted.

Vetto invades Gio's home and defeats him after the priest attempts to stop the Eye of the Midnight Sun's attack.
