Fritz is ruthless, authoritarian, exploitative, and entirely comfortable treating human beings as property.

He sees Ymir primarily as a weapon and reproductive resource. Even after she gains power surpassing every army around him, he never treats her as an equal.

His obsession with preserving Eldian dominance extends beyond Ymir's life, shaping the inheritance system that eventually produces the Nine Titans.

Fritz has no Titan powers of his own.

His power is political and military. As ruler of ancient Eldia, he commands soldiers, slaves, and later Ymir's Titan strength.

Through conquest and forced succession, he establishes the system through which Titan power becomes an inheritable instrument of the Eldian state.

Fritz conquers Ymir's village and enslaves its surviving population.

After Ymir is blamed for releasing pigs, Fritz has her hunted for sport. She encounters the mysterious organism beneath a giant tree and gains the first Titan power.

Rather than escape, Ymir returns to Fritz, who uses her to destroy rival armies and develop Eldian territory.

Ymir bears Fritz three daughters: Maria, Rose, and Sheena. When Ymir dies protecting Fritz from an assassin's spear, he orders their daughters to consume their mother's corpse so the Titan power will not disappear.

He commands that his descendants continue consuming one another and expanding Eldia, laying the foundation for the Titan inheritance system that survives for two millennia.

Ymir Fritz is Fritz's slave, concubine, and military weapon.

Maria Fritz, Rose Fritz, and Sheena Fritz are his daughters, whom he forces to consume Ymir's body after her death.
