Alit

Alit is energetic, passionate and obsessed with worthy competition. He prefers confronting strong opponents directly and develops genuine excitement when a duel forces him to push beyond his normal limits.

He is also more sociable than many of the other Barians. While operating on Earth, Alit readily interacts with humans and can become distracted from his mission by personal interests.

Honor matters to him. Even when fighting as an enemy, he wants victories earned through strength rather than manipulation, making him uncomfortable when outside forces interfere with a duel he considers personal.

Alit uses a Battlin' Boxer Deck composed primarily of FIRE Warrior monsters. The archetype specializes in combat, recovery and Xyz Summoning, fitting his boxer motif.

Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Star Cestus is his principal Number monster. He can Rank-Up it into Chaos Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus for a substantially stronger offensive strategy.

As a Barian Emperor, Alit can transform between human and Barian forms and access Rank-Up-Magic. His physical fighting ability is also genuine rather than merely thematic.

Alit travels to Earth as part of the Barian campaign to obtain the Numbers. Unlike Gilag, who frequently recruits other people to fight for him, Alit quickly becomes interested in personally testing Yuma's strength.

Their confrontations develop into a competitive bond that complicates Alit's mission. His desire for a fair rematch becomes increasingly important as other forces interfere with the Barian Emperors.

Alit is eventually manipulated by Vector and Don Thousand, distorting his memories and turning him against people he had come to respect. Yuma later helps break that control.

Recovering his human past reveals that Alit was once a celebrated fighter whose history was deliberately altered as part of Don Thousand's manipulation of the Seven Emperors.

Yuma Tsukumo becomes Alit's favorite opponent. Alit respects Yuma Tsukumo's determination and repeatedly seeks a decisive duel with him.

Kotori Mizuki attracts Alit's attention while he is living among humans, temporarily distracting him from the mission that brought him to Earth.

Gilag works alongside Alit during the Barian operation on Earth. Their contrasting approaches often leave Alit far more eager to fight personally than Gilag.

Vector becomes involved in Alit's later actions. Vector manipulates Alit's memories and turns him against Yuma Tsukumo as part of a larger plan.

Don Thousand has a hidden connection to Alit's history. Don Thousand altered events surrounding Alit's human life and later influences him again as a Barian Emperor.
