A manga artist known for creating Assassination Classroom and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. He was an assistant of Yoshio Sawai, the creator of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Neuro's Shirota Masakage made a cameo appearance in Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo). He provided the voice of the mangaka in episode 25 of the Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro anime.
