He is introduced in the late stages of Dragon Ball as the main antagonist of the final saga and is a ruthless enemy of the protagonist Son Goku. He carries a very cold, menacing demeanour and is not afraid to show his evil nature, he is characterized wearing his weighted clothing, cape and turban.
