Hakuri is a young man that was disowned from the Sazanami clan due to being perceived as weak. He witnessed [Chihiro](https://anilist.co/character/314801) and [Sojo](https://anilist.co/character/317244)'s battle in the streets of Tokyo from a nearby restaurant and was touched by the sight of Chihiro's bravery, regarding him as a samurai.
